~ What I’m diggin at the moment ~

Anyone wanna roadie? I want to take a road trip somewhere so bad! Last weekend I missed my friend’s graduation from college in Michigan because I was broke and then this week my friend Kelli goes and takes off to Chicago for a couple days! I’m so jelly! I would love to be able to jump on a plane and visit my cousin and her baby in Atlanta…I haven’t talked to her forever and have never seen her daughter. She broke off communication with me last Christmas when I called her a bitch in a text message cuz she didn’t make the time to see me during Thanksgiving…oops. I also really wanna visit my girl back home cuz I haven’t seen her in over 2 years! She’s been going through a really hard time and I miss her so much. I was gonna go home this weekend to see my ma but she is sick. So it instead I’m going up to Duluth, MN in a couple days to visit a friend which is cool cuz I’ve never been but I’m really not that excited. I want to go somewhere OUT of Minnesota! I want to see the world plus the weather here has been SHIT and I NEED TO SEE THE SUN OR I’M GONNA FLIP OUT!

Since I recently posted about tattoos I figured I would highlight some great artwork from the Tiger Lily Tattoo studio which is where I’ll be going to get my work done. And since it’s mother day this weekend I chose these beautiful tattoos that honor our mother and our children and our loved ones who have passed on. And also the owl tattoo which I love cuz most chicks who get a tattoo on their lower back get a trampstamp and I just love this chick for being so beautiful and original!

Currently Reading:
It’s been taking me FOREVER to finish the book Women Who Run With The Wolves but that’s only because its full of so much good information that you really need to take the time to let it all sink in. Next I’m thinking I want to read a good book on gynecology…I also want to check out The Red Book by Sera Beak, and I think it’s about time I pick up one of Dianne Sylvan’s books as I’ve been reading her blog for quite some time now as hers is one of my favorites to check in on. You can find links to her books from her blog. Also say a prayer for her as her kitty recently passed away.
