Ok this is BIG, I am really psyched! I have been hardcore procrastinating these past couple months when it comes to looking for a job. I’ve been justifying it by saying that I am waiting for a good position to open up which I know is bs, BUT, I have finally found a job I am really excited about! It’s a job as a scheduling secretary at a heart clinic in a hospital nearby. Doesn’t sound like much fun but compared to being a suckertary on the hospital unit, it is the dream job for me at this time in my life. It’s 40 hours a week straight day shift which would be such a blessing. You have no idea how much I would LOVE to be on a regular daytime schedule compared to working straight evenings when I was at the hospital. I liked the shift differential on my paycheck but it totally screwed with my equillibrium, not to mention working on the unit was such a stressful job; nurses and patients are so difficult to work with. I would take the general public any day over that mess! I would love to work at the desk in a clinic, it would be such a great change of pace.

“Responsibilities: Answering multiple phones. Chart prep medical records prior to their clinic appointment. Registering and scheduling clinic patients.

Qualifications: High School graduate. Vocation or post secondary education preferred. History of scheduling and registering patients, chart prep, and medical records helpful. Excellian experience preferred.”

I so can do that! I want this job SOOO BAD! You have no idea!
